Return Policy – Ohana Spheres
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item:

arrives defective or damaged, or

you receive the wrong item.
In such cases, Ohana Spheres will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Personal care items (cosmetics, beauty, hygiene)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

Complete the return of the original item, and

Place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at Spheresohana@gmail.com.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
